He announced on social media that Mac & Cheese 5 will come out on January 5, 2024. The mixtape will continue the legacy of Mac Wit Da Cheese, which was the first one in 2009.

He also shared a teaser video and a snippet of a new song and its video, where he raps about his tough life and his discipline.

French Montana has not dropped a new project since Coke Boys 6 in January, but he has been hinting at new music for some time.

He recently posted on Instagram that he and Lil Baby have made a "monster" of a song, but did not say when it will be released.

He also collaborated with Swae Lee on "Wish U Well," a sequel to their 2017 smash hit, "Unforgettable."
