Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have rekindled their romance after 20 years, but the couple appears to have had a tense day in paradise on Saturday, looking strained as they shopped in the high end boutiques of St Bart's capital Gustavia.
The pop star, 54, and the actor, 51, had a heated discussion as they checked out expensive Bulgari jewelery together. While Ben helped his wife try on a variety of high end pieces, at one stage the actor looked exasperated, throwing his hands in the air as his wife sat next to him with a tense expression.
The couple, who tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Malibu last year, have been enjoying a tropical getaway on the Caribbean island with their children from previous marriages. They have been spotted soaking up the sun on a luxury yacht, hitting the beach, and dining at exclusive restaurants.
But their shopping spree seemed to sour their mood, as they left the store without buying anything. JLo, who looked stunning in a white crop top and matching pants, appeared to be in a foul mood as she walked ahead of her husband, who trailed behind in a blue shirt and jeans.
The couple eventually kissed and made up, with Jennifer cuddling her husband for a series of selfies before the pair locked lips. They then headed to another store, where they browsed some designer clothes and accessories.
JLo and Ben, who first dated in 2002 and starred in two movies together, reconnected in 2022 after both of them ended their respective engagements. JLo called off her wedding to former baseball star Alex Rodriguez amid cheating rumors, while Ben split from actress Ana de Armas after a year of dating.
